What Companies Say About Working With Us
Frequently Asked Questions
What topics does the Cohort Program cover?
The curriculum covers the full arc of women’s health as it relates to vitality and performance: hormonal cycles and how they affect energy and cognition, perimenopause and menopause, metabolic health, stress and cortisol, sleep optimization, fertility and postpartum health (where relevant to the cohort), and building a sustainable, personalized health strategy. The curriculum is adapted to the specific demographics and needs of each cohort.
Who leads the sessions?
Every session is led by Dr. Labib directly, not a health coach, not a facilitator using his materials. Participants have direct access to a double board-certified OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist throughout the program.
How long is the program and how often do cohorts meet?
The standard program runs 6–8 weeks, with one live session per week of approximately 60–90 minutes. Sessions include didactic content, case discussion, Q&A, and structured reflection. Between-session resources include reading, guided protocols, and optional office hours.
How large are the cohorts?
Cohorts run between 10 and 25 participants. This is intentional, small enough for genuine engagement and direct access to Dr. Labib, large enough to create meaningful peer community.
Can this be offered as a corporate benefit?
Yes. Many organizations license the program as part of their employee benefits or ERG programming. A dedicated corporate cohort can be run on your schedule, tailored to your workforce, and delivered under your company’s wellness umbrella. White-labeling options are available.
Is this available virtually?
Yes. The virtual format is fully interactive and uses structured breakout sessions to preserve the working-session quality of the in-person experience.
How is this different from other women’s health programs?
Most programs are delivered by wellness coaches, health educators, or practitioners without specialized women’s health training. This program is designed and delivered by a physician with 25+ years of clinical experience in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The content is evidence-based, clinically precise, and built around a proprietary framework, not an off-the-shelf wellness curriculum.
